Thomas Lloyd was born and raised in Indiana, USA. An all-state baseball player, Thomas obtained a degree from one of the countries top business schools, (Purdue University Krannert School of Management West Lafayette). As he studied financial investments and management, Lloyd`s interests were directed to the international business industries and the growing importance of the world economies. NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) quickly caught the attention and passion of Thomas and it was this attraction that led him towards a job to work professionally in the international business environment of Latin America.
After gaining much experience in international investments and sales, a niche in the market and the entrepreneurial side of Lloyd compelled him to establish his own Mexican based company. Starting from $0 sales, he quickly grew his Mexican company within a few years to win national and international supplying contracts with world leading companies such as Dupont de Nemours, Ford Motor Company, Nissan Motors, Walmart Stores amongst others. A few years later he sold the business and moved from Mexico City to the Mexican Caribbean.
After a few months of living on the coast of the Mayan Riviera and with his invaluable Latin American Business experience, he quickly discovered the Mexico real estate investment opportunities that are becoming available and growing every quarter. At the same time, he also realized this is an area that Americans, Canadians, British and other foreigners need to be educated when analyzing options for Mexico beach property, Mexico Condos, or even for retirement into Mexico beach real estate.
